It seems North West decided to give mommy Kim K a run for her money as she rocked a white and black Halloween outfit just like her mother. We must confess, the adorable toddler rocked her outfit with style, even lifting her legs stylishly. Mommy Kim K spotted a skeletal white and black piece….. We think North West won this Halloween outfit competition between mother and daughter.
